Guest Relations Agent at The Crown at Woodbridge

£13.21 per hour before passing probation

Hours

Minimum 24 hours per week

Following ongoing developments to our online offering for guests, allowing them to use self-service tools and a centralised hub of expertise, we are pleased to offer an opportunity for a Guest Relations Agent in our newly rebranded Guest Relations Team based at The Crown in Woodbridge.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls for all six hotels and direct them appropriately.
  • Maximise reservations revenue, convert guest enquiries and deliver exceptional customer service to all guests making reservations within The Hotel Folk.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English Language.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in sales and in roles where customer service is a key focus, ideally in hotels.
  • Previous experience of working with Guestline or a similar hotel system is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.

  • Highly developed interpersonal and sales skills with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability and knowledge to follow robust business processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills, capacity to remain calm under pressure and use initiative.
