Job description

The Hotel Folk are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent experience to our guests at The Swan at Lavenham Hotel and Spa.

Key tasks include:

• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Be an expert on all things age and alcohol policy, process, and specs related, making sure the bar is always guest ready.
• Show off menu knowledge by making recommendations and upselling additional products where appropriate.

Knowledge required

• Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry or hospitality sector is required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends as required.

Pay: Up to £12.44 per hour
