The Brudenell Hotel, Aldeburgh is looking for an experienced Operations Manager. If you are passionate about hospitality and an expert in food and beverage management, you’re the type of person we’re looking for to join our dedicated team, who pride themselves on looking after guests better than anyone else in Suffolk.
The Operations Manager’s key role within the hotel will be the direct management of the food and beverage operation whilst providing support to other department heads and to the General Manager. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be an accomplished communicator with a warm and welcoming personality, have exceptional attention to detail, immaculate presentation and experience of fine dining and hotel operations. You will have an enviable track record where guest expectations are regularly exceeded. You will be focussed and innovative, able to create a clear vision geared around constantly improving the offering of our hotel in order to provide the “blow-your-socks-off” hospitality experience for which we pride ourselves.
Responsibilities:
- Direct management of the food and beverage operation.
- Provide support to other department heads and the General Manager.
- Communicate effectively, maintaining a warm and welcoming approach.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and immaculate presentation.
- Ensure fine dining and hotel operations meet and exceed guest expectations.
