Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour

As a Receptionist, you will be the centre of the hotel, first impression and last impression our guests have of our hotel and team. Offering knowledge of the local area to our guests, explaining our latest offers to guests and booking guests into the restaurant and hotel rooms.

Key Tasks required from our new Receptionist:
  • To provide outstanding customer service at all times to each and every guest.
  • To support with general administration tasks and restaurant bookings for the hotel.
  • To respond to guest and customer requests courteously and efficiently at all times.
  • Good telephone manner, answering any enquiries and taking bookings.
  • To be aware of all arrivals/departures, functions, special events and special requests.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will provide courteous, efficient and knowledgeable service to our guests and ensure that presentation and cleaning standards are achieved and maintained in our Restaurant and Bar areas.

Key tasks include:
  • Having a keen attention to ensuring customer satisfaction in our restaurant and outside dining areas.
  • Being knowledgeable in the content of each menu.
  • Being able to take orders accurately in a friendly and confident manner.
  • Know how to serve drinks correctly i.e. the right glass, presentation, mixers.
  • Use the till accurately to record all transactions, ensure that all orders are paid for and accounted for.
  • Keep the bar and restaurant areas clean and tidy at all times.
