Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager who is eager to learn and progress to join us at the Hoste Arms in Burnham Market. We will work to develop you on site, and give you access to development opportunities across the wider business – 70% of our General Managers are internal appointments. You will be an experienced Assistant Manager, confident in leading teams, fantastic with our guests, and driven to maintain high standards and to be the best you can be. Our pub is well known for food, has plenty of bedrooms for overnight guests, a huge function room — we even have a cinema! Plenty to get your teeth into and a real impact on the business as you grow.
