The Hoste Arms – a much-loved Norfolk icon in beautiful Burnham Market – is on the hunt for a talented Sous Chef to bring flavour, flair, and fire to our bustling kitchen. Set in one of Norfolk’s prettiest villages, we’re all about locally-sourced ingredients, big flavours, seasonal menus, and proper pub classics done right.
As Sous Chef, you’ll be the right hand to our Head Chef – leading shifts, keeping cool under pressure, and helping to shape menus that make our guests want to come back for seconds (and thirds).
