We are currently recruiting for a Night Porter to join our team.
Responsibilites include:
- Conduct regular fire and security walks throughout the night
- Ensure all guests are checked in to the agreed standard with payment methods secured against bookings
- Process no shows ensuring payment is secured against bookings where possible
- Monitor the phone lines and repond to customer queries
- Implement the night audit
- Assist with the processing of reports for the breakfast teams
- Respond to power alerts in a timely manner
- Assist with late night bar and room service requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a hotel setting desirable
- Knowlegde of the Opera Cloud system is advantageous, however full training will be provided.
