What the job involves
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, insurers and GP practices
- Respond promptly, compassionately and efficiently to enquiries, turning leads into bookings
- Follow up warm leads to a conclusion, aiming to convert as many opportunities to bookings as possible
- Work towards agreed KPIs and conversion rates
- Identify booking barriers and streamline patient journeys
- Help create self-pay quotes
- Build relationships with consultants and their offices
