The Hospice

Dr Kershaws Hospice is seeking a quality and governance professional to develop, maintain and communicate quality initiatives across services. You will support incident management, learning, and compliance with CQC regulations to ensure equal access to high-quality, person-centred care.

You will collaborate with the CEO, SIRO, and DPO to drive data protection, regulatory reporting, and ongoing quality improvements within the hospice, while coordinating audit calendars and staff training.
