If you are an experienced healthcare assistant, looking for a flexible and rewarding role, this might be the perfect position for you. You will work autonomously, predominantly in the patient's home, but you will also be an integral member of the wider, multi-disciplinary team.

The post holder will provide direct personal care, primarily in the patient's home. The post holder will provide practical care, emotional, social and psychological support to individuals with palliative care needs, their families and carers. This role involves regular and extended involvement caring for dying patients and their families.
