The Role
- As GM you will take full ownership of all aspects of running the venue. You will be given autonomy and run the site as if it were your own business.
- Being business savvy and demonstrating great commercial acumen is a must.
- Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
- You have impeccable floor, bar and late night experience knowledge as well as late night experience.
- You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
What we looking for

- Be cool, calm and collected, manage pressure with ease, nothing can phase you
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience as a general manager depending on the property being looked at
- Solid communication and organisational skills, be approachable

- Excellent all-round business knowledge from financials to customer satisfaction
- An entrepreneurial flare
- Passionate about people, training, mentoring, growing a team but most importantly, loves to have fun
- Personal License holder beneficial
