We are seeking a talented and passionate FOH Team Members to join our new opening, The Horses! Opening in August 2026, The Horses will bring a fresh hospitality offering to Farringdon. Set within a building that has long been part of the local community, the venue will combine a pub atmosphere with exceptional dining, quality drinks, and attentive service across multiple floors.
We are building a team that prides itself on delivering authentic hospitality, who are collaborative and create a genuinely warm, welcoming environment for every guest. Salary: £12.71 to £14.00 per hour + Service charge (Earn up to £18 per hour)

What you’ll be doing as a FOH Team Member:
- Deliver exceptional guest service by providing friendly, attentive, and professional interactions at all times.
- Carry out the core duties of your assigned FOH role, whether as a Runner, Waiter, Bar Back, Bartender, or Host.
- Support smooth operational flow by assisting the team during service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within your designated work area.
- Engage with guests positively to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Replenish and organise stock relevant to your specific FOH responsibilities.
- Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures in line with company and legal standards.
- Uphold Public House Group’s brand standards in service, presentation, and guest interaction.
- Adapt to changing service needs and provide support to other FOH areas when required.
