We’re seeking an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join our new opening, The Horses. Opening in September 2026, The Horses will bring a fresh hospitality offering to Farringdon. Set within a building that has long been part of the local community, the venue will combine a pub atmosphere with exceptional dining, quality drinks, and attentive service across multiple floors. What you'll be doing as an Assistant General Manager:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, hospitality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Control budgets, manage costs, and work towards meeting revenue targets.

About you, our new Assistant General Manager:
- Proven experience as an AGM, Restaurant Manager or similar
- Ideally you will have previous experience in fine dining or high end restaurants

- Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
