Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 4.00pm (37.5 hours per week). Term time, 37 weeks per year.
Actual Annual Salary range: £23,489 - £25,163 (SWAN Grade 5 range, FTE £27,634 - £29,604).

The Horsell Village School has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our committed team as Operations Administrator. The successful candidate will work as part of the admin team to support and help meet the needs of the school community, staff, children, and parents.
The role will involve:
- Working as part of the premises and office teams to manage and co-ordinate operational works across the school - this includes (but is not limited to) facilities and lettings management, Health and Safety, and Extended Services administration.
- Support with day-to-day management of the school office.
- Provide line management support to the office team, alongside the Headteacher, including conducting appraisals for the office team.
