Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment.
As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. You will have previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment. You may also be a commis who is looking to progress.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent food standards for seasonal menus and daily specials
- Prepare and cook starters, mains and desserts to exact specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all stations
- Assist with food ordering, stock control and inventory management
- Support Sous and Head Chef to keep the 5-star rating
- Previous experience in a kitchen, preferably in a fresh food environment
