The Horns Inn at Churchtown is searching for a new Assistant Manager to join the team and support the GM within this thriving business.
You will already have experience at a Supervisory Management level and be eager to drive standards & sales. You will enjoy a busy, hands-on role where you have the opportunity to utilise your leadership skills, as well as taking some operational responsibility for the financial performance.
You will:
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills
- Have a love of great beer and pub food
- Have a passion for providing a great customer experience
- Have a keen eye for detail as to maintaining very high standards
- Have a knowledge of the service industry regarding current trends in both food and drink
- Have a first class understanding of service industry economics
- Understand how important it is to be a part of the community
- Have the ability to delegate effectively and manage time properly
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have full knowledge of legal and H&S compliance and procedures
- Have the ability to use and manage EPOS systems effectively
- Have experience with costing, developing and executing projects successfully
- Have cellar & bar management experience
