We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Café Supervisor to support daily operations, lead by example, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the management team – ensuring smooth café operations and exceptional service.
- Leading & motivating the team – inspiring colleagues to deliver high standards and a warm welcome.
- Delivering top-tier customer service – ensuring every customer enjoys an engaging and friendly atmosphere.
- Keeping the café running smoothly – helping the team with cleaning, stock replenishment, and general upkeep.
- Ensuring product displays look abundant & inviting – maintaining beautiful and uniform visual merchandising.
- Supervising food safety & hygiene standards – ensuring compliance and a clean, well-organised environment.
- Taking orders & serving customers – ensuring fast and efficient service with a smile.
- Assisting with stock control & replenishment – keeping the café well-stocked and organised and overseeing deliveries.
- Helping with team scheduling – ensuring adequate coverage throughout the week in line with sales forecasts.
- Bringing energy & enthusiasm – fostering a positive, team-focused work environment.

- An experienced hospitality professional – with previous experience as a Team Leader, or Café Supervisor.
