The Hope & Anchor is a beautiful riverside pub, restaurant & inn nestled in the heart of RossâOnâWye with multiple dining options for customers including a traditional pub bar and a modern cocktail bar, two restaurants, a riverside hut serving those on the go, and a spacious garden with outdoor seating including a Bandstand and allâweather tent area, both of which can house entertainment. We also have 12 beautiful recently refurbished riverside enâsuite rooms available, with breakfast included and served in the pub.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience. Your duties will include:
- Supervising frontâofâhouse staff during service
- Supporting the management team with rotas and staffing requirements
- Overseeing food and drink service to ensure high standards are maintained
- Ensuring the team have strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and allergen information
- Helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
- Participating in all service, preparation, and cleaning duties, including periodic deep cleans
- Assisting with stock control and completing stock checks when required
