About the Role:
As a Housekeeper, you’ll be an essential part of the daily operations, ensuring our pub with rooms always looks its best. From preparing our elegant en-suite bedrooms for arriving guests to keeping our communal spaces immaculate, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us deliver an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Room Refresh & Presentation: Prepare and clean our 12 beautiful guest rooms to the highest standard.
- Spotless Shared Spaces: Keep communal areas of the pub, restaurant and guest areas fresh, clean, and welcoming.
- Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly and assist in creating a relaxing, home-from-home atmosphere.
- Venue Readiness: Support the wider team in preparing the venue for special events and celebrations.
