JUNIOR MANAGER We are a relaxed but forward thinking microbrewery and kitchen with our focus on providing exceptional flavour and customer service.

We are all about being a welcoming, open and vibrant place that belongs to the heart of its community.

Imagine hand crafted beer like our big juicy Hazy pale, NEIPA, our ever popular Irish Stout, all with big interesting flavours, alongside well crafted classic lagers, small batch Hard Seltzers and amazing hand selected award winning wines that all match with a local foodie palate.

Now imagine a street food inspired menu bursting with fresh locally sourced ingredients, exceptional quality meats from local farms, cooked in our smoker and an inspiring forward thinking vegan and vegetarian offering.

We are very much about giving people a reason to keep coming, whether it’s a food deal during the week, a bi weekly Quiz hosted by one of Brighton's legendary drag acts, a retro gaming night with mario kart competitions, D&D workshops and just about anything we think looks like a lot of fun.

In case you haven’t guessed it already, we are all about providing people with a place they would want to call a home from home where we all hang out, eat, drink, laugh, chat and enjoy everything in between.

You only need to check out our google reviews to see that we have a really strong reputation for delivering an exceptional experience, every single time.

We are looking for someone as a key part of our small owner/operator team.

Someone creative, who has a natural enthusiasm for food and Hospitality.

We think a person that has a bright personality, likes working in a team, embraces new ideas and enjoys thinking and working outside the box would be a perfect fit.

The right person will most likely have worked recently as an assistant manager or shift leader and have first hand experience in leading from the front in a hands-on way.

You’ll be involved in every aspect of our business, primarily in leading the team on the ground, looking after the shifts when on duty and bringing all of our amazing elements together.

As a small dynamic business you will also need to be open to helping out in our brewery, supporting the owners in the day to day running of the business and even being involved in supporting our small street food based kitchen and events business that includes our own three day music and camping festival.

Additional advantageous but by no means essential - Brewery experience, practical hands on fixing and repairing, outdoor event management as these could be included in the remit for the right person.

Start date is flexible, part time also considered.

Our working week is Mon to Sun.
