The Peninsula London is delighted to announce that we are seeking a Page, reporting to the Head Concierge. This role is responsible for providing impeccable guest and resident service with a focus on arrival and departing experiences, based at the door or every entrance. First and lasting impressions will set the tone for the overall guest experience, and we are reliant on the Page as our Peninsula Ambassadors.

Key Accountabilities
  • Greet all arriving and departing guests as they enter and leave the Hotel & Residences.
  • Welcome guests in the forecourt and support the team in assisting guests in getting in and out of vehicles.
  • Maintain close guest contact, and when receiving guest feedback, ensure to elevate feedback to the Management team for recovery to exceed guest expectations, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles.
  • Ability to give information and directions about London to guests and to drivers.
  • Keep the driveway and lobby safe, clean, and clear.
  • Handle errands for guest needs.
General requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of customer service techniques, with a passion to deliver excellent experiences.
  • Possess experience within the Front Office in a similar capacity a good understanding of hotel operations and services.
  • Confident conversationalist always engaging with guests and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management and organization, ability to multi-task, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
  • Flexibility and capability of working under pressure.
