The Peninsula London is excited to announce that we are seeking a Chef de Rang to work within our Peninsula Boutique & Café, responsible for all activities relating to preparation, stock-levels, and service espresso and helping to create memorable experiences within this unique service offering. The Peninsula Boutique & Café is a signature offering from the company, for fast paced food on the go without compromising on luxury and quality.

Key Accountabilities- Perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, seating, and waiting on all guests.
- Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and proper service. Focus on the sequence of service standards.
- With excellent knowledge of food and beverage items, you will also ensure you both attend relevant training and then deliver and train the F&B Attendants.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage with an emphasis on wines.
- Experience of 1 year or more within the food and beverage department in a luxury hotel and an understanding of the 3 main meal periods and demands.
- Friendly and positive with a flexible approach and confidence to guide a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
