The Peninsula London is pleased to announce that we are seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager who will report to the Reservations Manager. This role will mainly focus on Rooms Reservations ensuring upkeep and constant improvement of The Peninsula Service Principles whilst converting maximum revenue contribution.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support directing the functions, administration, and leadership of the Reservations Team to meet planned budgets and expenses.
  • Implement and maintain cross selling program ensuring all opportunities are captured including cross selling of F&B offering and total revenue targets are met generating incremental revenue by actively promoting all hotel outlets.
  • Maintain strong communication across departments to support a seamless guest experience.
  • Intricate knowledge of Rooms configuration/features and of the culinary offerings, with robust revenue generating strategies and initiatives to maximise both Rooms and F&B sales and revenues.
  • Work alongside manager to achieve & exceed all KPIs set – Labor turnover, abandon call rates, quality audits & response time (Email & Phone).
  • Support the Manager in hiring, developing, motivating, supervising, and coaching department employees in maintaining a culture in compliance with mission, vision, values and core principles of HSH.
General Requirements
  • Relevant experience in Front Office/Reservations Operations within the same capacity of a luxury international property.
  • High proficiency in relevant computer software applications especially Hotel systems, Microsoft Office, or any F&B systems.
  • Passion and appreciation of quality luxury hotel service with exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisation, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
  • Flexibility and capability of working under pressure.
