The Peninsula London is seeking a Mixology Studio Bartender to join the beverage department.
This role reports to the Director of Mixology and is responsible for the efficient operations of the Studio, including cleanliness, inventory management, and bar preparation.
You will operate the Studio, perform regular inventories, manage the equipment, assist in menu development and maintain high standards of quality and safety in a luxury setting.
