The Peninsula London is seeking a Receptionist (Full Time or Casual) to join our Lobby Restaurant team. You will welcome and seat guests, handle reservations, and coordinate a busy environment while delivering a calm, exceptional guest experience.
As a great communicator you will address guest feedback courteously, inform the Lobby Manager of issues, and maintain positive relations with guests and colleagues. Hospitality experience is preferred.
