The Role: We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer with strong DTC eCommerce and CRO experience to lead a redesign of our core site experience. This is not a “make it look nicer” project. Qualifications:

  • Experience in Product Design and applying Design Thinking methodologies
  • Proficiency in User Research and UX Research to identify user needs and pain points
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and a strong understanding of CRO
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch)

What You’ll Work On:

  • Homepage redesign (brand clarity + value proposition above the fold)
  • Product Detail Page (PDP) redesign with a strong conversion and subscription focus
  • Collection/category page logic (guidance, not just layouts)
  • Trust, education, and objection-handling through design
