Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Relationship & Sales Advisor. The advisor will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, offering product recommendations, and closing sales. The role also involves providing training to customers on product usage and care.
