A full-time role for a qualified Mortgage Adviser, responsible for converting new leads (and any existing client base leads) into mortgage sales whilst working as part of a wider team. Supported by our Mortgage Paraplanners, you will work closely with clients to assess their financial needs, source suitable mortgage products, and recommend protection solutions to safeguard their future. Protection experience is desirable, although not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify customer needs and provide tailored, expert, professional mortgage and protection advice
- Source suitable mortgage products from a broad panel of lenders
- Recommend appropriate protection policies including; life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection
- Seamlessly guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process
- Comply with FCA regulations and company standards to satisfy the networks audit requirements
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage a returning client base and referrals
- Self-develop and stay up to date with industry related topics
- Proven track record in mortgage and protection roles
- Ability to generate and convert leads into mortgage and protection sales
- Proficient in using mortgage sourcing and CRM systems
- Dedicated to maintaining compliance standards and treating customers fairly
Salary of £33,000-£36,000 DOE
Uncapped quarterly bonus scheme
