The Home Hospital provides affordable and better hospital-level treatment, on-demand, at-home. Our disruptive technology-enabled business model is powered by a marketplace of clinicians, life science & homecare partners. Our services today address a population of 24 million patients and our results speak for themselves:

The Opportunity: To meet the huge national demand and become a household name, The Home Hospital is recruiting 200 new Territory Partners, nationwide. As a Territory Partner you will own a local patch, build trusted relationships and raise awareness - to stimulate the public and organisations to adopt our novel health plans and services. This is not a traditional job. It's a flexible vocation where you own your activity, your relationships and your time - to benefit from the long-term value you create through a revenue share partnership. We just ask for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
This opportunity will suit people who are entrepreneurial, motivated, and comfortable building something from the ground up β and importantly, have an authentic desire to build something meaningful that will benefit their local community.
What you'll do:
- Create and nurture informal and formal partnerships for The Home Hospital with:
- Nursing homes and home care companies
- Local GP practices & NHS hospital discharge teams
- Sports & health clubs
- Charities & community groups
- Leaflet distribution
- Community events
- Word of mouth and referrals
- Let people know how they can access the care they need
- Share powerful patient testimonies
- Broadcast news and updates
How you'll work with and be supported by our Central Team: Our central team will provide you with expert sales and marketing support to help you develop your Territory. This will include product training, sales coaching, marketing materials and the provision of subject matter specialists to attend key partnership meetings. You will be overseen by a Regional Business Coach and as a member of the national Territory Partner network, you'll have access to regular Territory Partner events, to share learnings and develop camaraderie with your peers.

No clinical background is required β whilst the offering is clinical, the proposition is simple β affordable access to better healthcare, on-demand, at-home. This is open to everyone - whether at the start of your career, looking for something flexible now the kids have gone to school, or you're semi-retired and wanting to keep your hand in.
