Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers; welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Designers help with In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. Designers support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
