Key Responsibilities
- Oversee tenancy-related matters, including general maintenance, repairs, and resolution of issues arising during the tenancy period.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of two large residential blocks in Basingstoke, alongside our South East portfolio of singular properties.
- Coordinate and monitor contractor work by issuing job orders, ensuring timely and efficient completion, and managing associated invoicing and payments.
- Conduct regular property inspections across the portfolio, with some daytime travelling required, and provide detailed reports to landlords and address tenant-related concerns.
- Collaborate with the company Director to ensure properties comply with relevant regulations, effectively communicating with landlords and tenants to meet compliance standards.
Working Hours and Location
- Office Location: Basingstoke, with a mandatory requirement for regular office attendance.
- Hours: 9 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday (remotely) every 4 weeks (10 am - 3 pm). A half day in lieu is provided in the week you are required to work the Saturday.
- Hybrid working week, with work-from-home days at the manager’s discretion. The general schedule for this is office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
- Holidays: 27 days (exc. bank holidays), plus an additional day every 2 years of service (capped at 5 extra days).
