This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager, based in Basingstoke, with the flexibility to work from home. As a Property Manager, you will oversee day-to-day property operations, coordinate property maintenance, manage tenant communication, perform property inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will resolve tenant concerns promptly and work closely with landlords to achieve successful portfolio management.
About You
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- 3 years+ experience required, a strong property manager looking for more responsibility and variety
- Proficiency in property management processes, tenant relations, and lease management
- Knowledge of maintenance coordination, budgeting, and regulatory compliance in property management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using property management software (Fixflo)
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach while collaborating with the team as needed
- Previous experience in property management or real estate is highly desirable
- Relevant qualifications such as ARLA, NFoPP, or a related field are advantageous
