Together, we deliver a full end-to-end service from acquisition through to long-term property management.
The Role: We’re looking for an experienced property manager to take ownership of our southern residential portfolio. This role is ideal for an established property manager who wants a step up in responsibility, variety, and autonomy. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, with a focus on reactive maintenance, property certificate compliance, landlord communication, and property inspections. This is a hands-on role involving some travel for property inspections, and occasional overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reactive maintenance, responding promptly to issues raised by tenants via our property management system (FixFlo).
- Oversee planned maintenance, coordinating works with contractors.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenancy-related queries, providing clear updates and effective resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, delivering regular communication, reporting, and advice.
- Ensure all compliance documentation is kept up to date, including Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs, EPCs, and other statutory requirements.
- Carry out 6-monthly property inspections across your portfolio.
- Prepare inspection reports and follow up actions, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed timeframes.
- Process invoices, and handle contractor payments via our accounting system (PayProp).
- Maintain accurate property records and ensure files and systems are kept up to date.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Salary & Benefits:
- £35,000 per annum.
- Annual pay reviews based on performance, with performance-based bonuses available after the first 12 months.
