The role
As a Senior Creative, you’ll take a leading role in developing creative concepts, visual direction and campaign storytelling across integrated media. You’ll work across both retained and pitch clients, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver world-class creative. Whether you’re developing a storyboard, directing a shoot, or presenting a big idea, you’ll approach every project with ambition, clarity and craft.
What you’ll be doing
- Shaping bold, strategic concepts and executing them with industry-leading craft.
- Providing art direction across campaign channels including video, digital, social, print and experiential.
- Developing storyboards, mood boards and visual references that bring ideas to life.
- Presenting creative work internally and to clients, with confidence and clarity.
- Leading and inspiring teams — mentoring juniors and contributing to a strong creative culture.
- Attending and directing shoots, ensuring creative vision is upheld at every stage.
