The role:
As a Designer, you will report to the Design Director or Associate Creative Director. You will lead the day-to-day interpretation of creative briefs—ensuring design concepts are thoughtful, innovative, and delivered to the highest standards. With a proactive mindset and a passion for craft, you will collaborate across the studio to produce new ideas that breathe life into brand stories.
What you will be doing:
- You will work with creative briefs developed by the planning and account handling teams to deliver high quality creative solutions.
- You will interpret the brief and demonstrate thinking to develop appropriate design concepts.
- You will accurately estimate time taken to complete work and provide account handlers with this information.
- You will add value to design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
- You will think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for our clients.
- You will present finalised ideas and concepts to internal teams or clients in a thoughtful and articulate manner.
- You will be involved in pitch presentations when appropriate for the project.
- You will work as part of the creative team to ensure the quality standards are maintained across all work.
