About Apprenticeships at IMA: At IMA, we are committed to making your experience and learning meaningful to you. In your role, you won't be stuck making teas and sorting admin. As one of The Insiders at IMA, you will rotate across relevant teams to your apprenticeship standard. You will be part of a network of apprentices and emerging talent across the agency, working on exciting briefs and gaining exposure to experts from the industry as you develop your skills.
We are looking for inspired thinkers, with something different to say. You don’t need a degree, you don’t need to have a portfolio or a list of letters and numbers on a piece of paper… You just need to be a hard worker with a can-do attitude and some exciting ideas that you want to bring to life.
