IMA is a creative agency that builds brands people want to be part of. We are looking for an organised and proactive People Coordinator to join our People team. In this role, you will provide a responsive, efficient, and timely administrative service to the team and the wider Agency while ensuring a smooth operational journey for every employee. If you have a meticulous eye for detail, are naturally pro-active, spot areas for improvement and are a friendly face around the office, we want to hear from you.

The role:
As our People Coordinator, you will report to the People and Relationships Manager. You will be the administrative heartbeat of the People team, liaising with teams daily, and managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment, to new starter inductions to benefits administration.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing a confidential, proactive, and efficient administrative service to the People team and wider Agency.
- Managing the People team email inbox daily and responding to enquiries promptly.
- Handling general administration including processing invoices, filing, and updating documents.
- Managing the administration of new starters, including offer documents, right to work checks, and DBS checks.
- Assisting with the recruitment cycle, including posting job adverts and maintaining our applicant tracking system.
- Collating monthly payroll documentation and entering accurate information into relevant spreadsheets.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant and proven administration experience in a HR or People team.
- Excellent organisation and administration skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in pro-actively managing your own workload to meet deadlines while using your initiative.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience working with People systems.
- Highly discreet approach to confidential information with a professional but personable communication style.
Please be aware, this role is based in our Leeds office 3 days a week.
