IMA is a creative agency that builds brands people want to be part of. We are looking for a passionate and trend-aware Creative Lead to join us for a 9-12 month fixed term contract. This role is for a creative leader who uses strategic thinking and collaboration to craft visually impactful design solutions that meet both creative and business goals.

The role:
As a Creative Lead, you will report to the Creative Director. You will have direct responsibility for interpreting client briefs, collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams and delivering experience-led activations and experiences for our global sports and fashion brands.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will interpret and develop client briefs alongside your colleagues and Client Services teams.
- You will demonstrate excellent conceptual and creative thinking in your work while supporting ideas with a strong rationale.
- You will create multiple design options that are all on brief and delivered on time.
- You will introduce your own ideas and direction where possible and present concepts to internal teams in an articulate manner.
- You will confidently present your work to the creative CD team, the client services team and externally to clients.
- You will work with the wider agency departments to deliver high quality creative solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- You have proven experience in delivering and winning client pitches.
- You possess an excellent knowledge and awareness of brand retail strategy.
- You have a good grounding in design principles and excellent execution skills.
- You have an excellent knowledge of the Adobe suite.
- You are a good communicator and work well within a team and can lead on projects where required.
