Reporting to the Head of Production, this role is ideal for a recent graduate or junior creative who is ready to create impactful work across all social platforms. You will be comfortable working with everything from polished brand assets to reactive, lo-fi formats. You will also be encouraged to experiment with AI tools like Weavy, Adobe Firefly and Midjourney to support rapid prototyping and visual exploration.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will plan, shoot and edit content for social platforms, including short-form video and reels and static posts.
- You will stay on top of trends across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube to inform creative executions.
- You will produce engaging assets using editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- You will actively contribute to brainstorms and campaign ideas with an eye for what works on each platform.
- You will adapt the tone and look and feel based on different brand needs from polished to lo-fi formats.
- You will work closely with producers and creatives to ensure content is on-brief, on-brand and on time.
- You will manage your time across multiple tasks to deliver against tight deadlines while keeping content organised.
What we’re looking for:
- You possess a strong understanding of content trends and behaviours across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- You are confident in photography and video editing platforms.
- You have experience using DSLR and mobile cameras, as well as studio equipment and lighting.
- You demonstrate social-first creative thinking and possess basic design or retouching skills.
- You are comfortable using AI-assisted creative tools for ideation and iteration with good judgment on quality.
