If you’re a natural relationship builder with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for making great work happen, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll get from us:

The role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of client projects — ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and on budget. - Ensuring an appropriate level of senior strategic or creative input is provided for projects and meetings.
- Translating client briefs into great creative and successfully presenting the output for senior sign-off.
- Managing timelines, budgets and campaign progress across multiple projects.
- Planning and organising schedules for work going through the agency and supporting other Account Managers during peaks and troughs.
- Handling ongoing book management against budgets and the delivery of client billing.
- Managing budgets and project timings using internal platforms like Synergist.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering multiple campaigns and presenting work.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and timelines.
- Competence in preparing quotes and proposals.
- A collaborative, flexible mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
