  • Project Delivery: Coordinate projects from brief and planning through to creative development, production, approval and delivery, keeping activity on track.

  • Briefing and Communication: Prepare clear, accurate briefs and communicate client requirements, feedback and priorities effectively.

  • Campaign Coordination: Support integrated campaign delivery across advertising, retail, shopper marketing, packaging, digital and social channels.

  • Timelines, Budgets and Risk: Manage project schedules and budgets, including estimates and purchase orders, identifying risks and escalating issues when required.

  • Quality, Reporting and Improvement: Ensure deliverables meet brief and brand requirements, support reporting and contribute recommendations to improve future activity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships, understand needs and communicate clearly and professionally.

  • Project Organisation & Delivery: Manage multiple briefs, deadlines, budgets, approvals and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative Agency Process Understanding: Know how work moves from briefing and concept through to production and delivery.

  • Commercial Awareness: Work confidently with budgets, estimates, timings and project scopes, linking creative outcomes to business objectives.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Communicate clearly and concisely, maintain strong attention to detail, and collaborate proactively across teams.

What You’ll Get From Us

  • The opportunity to manage integrated campaigns and projects for leading brands across creative, retail, shopper marketing, digital and social channels.

  • A collaborative, people-first environment where your ideas, initiative and contribution are valued.

  • Exposure to the full agency process, from client briefing and strategic planning through to creative development, production and campaign delivery.

  • Support and development to help you grow your career in account management, client services and integrated marketing.

  • The chance to work with talented people across strategy, creative, production, media and client services.
