The role

As an Account Executive, you will report to an Account Director. Your primary focus is to support the Account Manager and the wider Client Services team in the day‑to‑day running of accounts. You will take responsibility for ensuring all necessary administrative procedures are followed, keeping projects moving with energy and precision.

What you’ll be doing

  • Taking an active role in all client meetings and taking minutes when requested.
  • Ensuring contact reports are written and distributed as required.
  • Attending retail installations and events, which may occasionally occur outside of standard work hours.
  • Updating and distributing status and work‑in‑progress (WIP) reports every week.
  • Keeping job bags, electronic folders, and competitor sample files up to date and complete.
  • Gathering information to enable the writing of creative briefs.
  • Supplying written briefs to obtain competitive quotes from suppliers.
  • Supplying quotes for work to be approved by the Account Manager or Director before they go to the client.
