Summary of the Account Executive role
As an Account Executive at IMA, you will be key in supporting the wider Client Experience team in the day to day running of a key travel & leisure account. You will take responsibility for ensuring all necessary administrative procedures are adhered to, work is moving smoothly through the agency, and projects are delivered to brief and on time.
Some responsibilities of the Account Executive role will include:
- Attending and taking an active role in all client meetings, including taking minutes when requested, ensuring contact reports are written and distributed as requested and as required
- Ensuring that status/ work in progress reports are updated and distributed every week
- Gathering any information required to enable creative briefs to be written
- Supplying written briefs to obtain competitive quotes from suppliers as appropriate
- To keep job finance system up to date at all times and ensure that finance processes are followed
