Overview

The Head of Religious Education will lead the flagship Religious Education department, overseeing a dynamic curriculum that meets diocesan requirements and reflects the school's ASPIRE values.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of dedicated teachers.
  • Design and deliver an engaging Religious Education curriculum.
  • Ensure compliance with diocesan guidelines and educational standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Assistant Headteacher in charge of Catholic Life and the school chaplain.
  • Represent the department in senior leadership meetings and school-wide initiatives.
