Job Description
A growing, busy, global manufacturer is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join their team based in Redditch. This role involves working in a large, busy warehouse and is available due to increased work and growth, with the potential to lead to a permanent contract after a successful trial period. There is a guaranteed pay increase after 12 weeks of service, early finish every Friday, and in-house training on various forklift trucks (FLTs).
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Picking of various products
- Inspection of parts
- Working with the Goods in/out department
- Early finish Fridays
- Adhering to health and safety protocols
- MHE training on various FLTs
- Pay rise after 12 weeks of service
- Overtime available paid at a premium rate
For employees demonstrating good standards and reliability, potential permanent contracts will be available after a period of time.
