They are looking for a Process Manufacturing / Warehousing Operator to join their team in Redditch, supporting industrial powder packing and repacking, food and chemical processing, and general warehouse operations. The Role
- Carry out powder packing, repacking and production activities.
- Support food and chemical processing operations.
- Manage stock movements and ensure packaging materials are available.
- Complete production records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Arrange goods dispatch, deliveries and collections where required.
- Follow strict Health & Safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
- Handle materials safely in line with relevant safety data sheets.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Support wider warehouse activities and work closely with the Process Lead.
Previous manufacturing experience within a BRC, FSSC, GMP or similarly regulated environment is essential.
- Understanding of SDS, COSHH and risk assessments.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with weights, measurements and documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Able to follow procedures and meet the physical demands of the role.
- Willing and able to work shifts as required.
Desirable: Forklift licence, warehouse experience, chemical handling knowledge or experience with hazardous goods labelling and packing regulations. Training can be provided where required
