Key Responsibilities- Greeting and serving customers with a friendly smile
- Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Working across our retail and food counters
- Keeping shelves and displays fully stocked and looking their best
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the shop
- Supporting your teammates and helping wherever needed
- Assisting with deliveries and stock replenishment
- Friendly, approachable and positive
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
