Location: The Hollies Farm Shop - Lower Stretton

Type of contract: Full-Time / Part-Time

Reports to: Manager - Café Hollies

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming experience
    • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
    • Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and allergens
    • Handle customer payments with care and accuracy
    • Resolve customer concerns politely and professionally
  • Food & Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards
    • Serve food items in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
    • Restock displays, fridges, and service areas as needed
  • Cleanliness & Organization
    • Maintain cleanliness of all cafe areas, including counters, equipment, indoor seating areas and external seating areas
    • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times, including wearing aprons, hair tied back, hand washing, no eating (hand to mouth)
    • Assist with opening and closing duties, including Logit records
  • Team Support
    • Work collaboratively with baristas and kitchen staff
    • Follow instructions from supervisors and managers
    • Support smooth daily operations during busy periods
