We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Front of House Assistant to join our team. As the face of our takeaway and café area, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every visitor. Working as part of a supportive team in our vibrant Takeaway, you will help ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer menu questions, handle payments, and resolve concerns politely.
  • Food & Beverage Service: Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages, serve food items per safety standards, restock and rotate stock to minimize waste.
  • Cleanliness & Organisation: Maintain cleanliness of all takeaway areas, follow health and safety regulations, assist with opening and closing duties including daily HACCP checks.
  • Team Support: Work collaboratively across departments, follow supervisors’ instructions, and support smooth operations during busy periods.
