We’re looking for a confident and proactive Front of House Supervisor to support the Front of House Manager and help deliver exceptional service every day. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership
    • Oversee front of house service during shifts
    • Support and guide the front of house team
    • Assist with stock and front of house ordering
  • Opening & Closing
    • Complete daily opening and closing procedures
    • Ensure all checklists and standards are met consistently
  • Cash Handling & Financial Accuracy
    • Manage tills, floats, and card machines
    • Complete accurate end‑of‑day cashing up
    • Report and elevate any discrepancies
  • Compliance & Safety
    • Carry out front of house due diligence tasks
    • Ensure all health & safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures are followed correctly
  • Team Support & Communication
    • Act as the main point of contact during shifts
    • Escalate operational or staffing issues to the Front of House Manager when needed
